Responsibilities & Context
01. Drive to achieve monthly turnover & volume targets to achieve monthly KPI target. 02. Drive motivation & right discipline of entire sales force. 03. Ensure timely & right performance evaluation of the sales force. 04. Ensure additional sales force (ex. SS,SR, ASR) for smooth sales operation. 05. Ensure proper practices of safety & security standards. 06. Ensure effective and efficient stock lifting regularly, maintaining proper SCR and arranging the proof of account transfer. 07. Manage regular business expenses and company bills. 09. Engaged regularly with stakeholders relevant to business operations. 10. Work with MIC, BM & TO for business progress, priority and development. 11. Ensure roll out of new initiatives in the market as per company guideline. 12. Work with IT in charge, logistics supervisors and godown keepers for smooth functioning of the operations. 13. Monitoring and supervision of 100+ People/FF under the Point.
